Full-Body Sculpt: Full Workout

Summer is here y’all! What better way to make you feel confident than shedding a lil extra fluff for all those pool days? I’m not saying that’s all there is to summer (gimme all the BBQ) BUT a lil sweat never hurt no one.

Here’s a fun strength circuit I put together and it got me sweating good! And I’m happy to say I am FEELIN it today! (days later…) So, I thought it’d be fun to share with you! All you need is a rower, some dumbbells, and a bosu.

This is how it will go:

3-4 rounds based on your activity and energy level.

– 500m row
– 15 single shoulder press
– 10 HEAVY 90 degree lateral raises
– 15 RDL
– 15 DB hammy lifts
– 20 CF sit-ups
