"how is it already *that* time?!"

Is what you say to yourself at least once a day. I know you’re a busy lady. You work full-time, have school commitments, social obligations, work events, ect.
 
Not to mention you need to feed yourself, take care of the house, and get a good nights sleep. How the heck do I find time to workout?
 
I mean, Beyonce has the same 24-hours in a day, how does she do it? You start comparing. You trick yourself into believing that a healthy active life isn’t for you. It’s just for unicorns.
