The workouts provided are designed to be done in a gym or with gym equipment. The personal development questionnaire is provided for you to get clear on your intentions of committing to this Full Body Plan and how you will execute daily to reach them. A checklist is made for you to get organized and set you up for success so you have the best experience with this plan. There is a schedule provided so there is no confusion on what workout will be completed on each day. Lastly, there is community support and encouragement included through the private Facebook Group.
